Exceeding Expectations One Patient at a Time

Hi!  My name is Michelle Vallario, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist based in Bergen County, New Jersey.  After many years practicing social work in the acute care setting, followed by several years as part of a local group psychotherapy practice, I opened MIND Your Health Psychotherapy in March of 2018.

At MIND Your Health I am here to guide you through life’s most complex and difficult matters. I truly care about my patients’ well-being and guarantee top of the line counseling catered to their needs.

Since 2008 I have provided a variety of therapeutic services in a variety of settings to those dealing with challenging life experiences.  Over the years I have come to specialize in treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, post-partum issues, grief counselling, and body image issues; however, my skills are not limited to these specialities.

At MIND Your Health Psychotherapy I treat a wide range of patients, including children, adolescents, teenagers and adults.
